Looking for a developer who can help me to customize an OpenCart webshop: Selling t-shirts

Hello, I am Alina and I am looking for somebody who can help me to customize an OpenCart webshop.
I already have OpenCart installed (by my host provider), also my OpenCart template is installed and some minimum changes in it. The web designer who started cannot continue so now I am looking for somebody to take over this task.

I will sell online t-shirts, only in Netherlands, I would prefer to have the webstore both in Dutch and English, I will work with IDeal and Paypal (Sisow provider). More details on request.

Because I am just starting my small business, I am interested in paying for this task in monthly installments so I can support them from my business incomes.
