The International Institute for Consciousness Studies offers a Metacognition life-coaching program that can help the management of any organization to be the change that it envisions and find its true corporate identity.

Whatever individuals experience subjectively in regard to the immediate world outside can make them feel fear, sadness and/or rejection to whatever triggers these internal responses. The way in which these responses are used may have been copied from parents, grandparents, et cetera. When people only take into account how their behavior affects their ability to act responsibly, learn and communicate, this diminishes their inborn capacity to process whatever they feel in regard to that same reality. This can create many blocks on different levels of experience. Discomfort, miscommunication, crises, learning disabilities, stress, pain and disease are just some expressions of the same. Consequently, when we do take into account what we experience subjectively, we may restore our innate capacity for self-learning, self-regulation, self-navigation, intra- and interpersonal communication and more. Thus creating a basis for the expression of wellness, integrity and sustainability.
