I train teams to become more effective. I guide a team through the process of goal setting, exploration of teamvalues, building of trust, effective communication and optimizing collaboration. My method is based on experiential learning. I use activities that allow participants to engage themselves physically, mentally and emotionally, to achieve the greatest learning effect.
