TAKE Coaching Amsterdam was founded in 2021 by ICF-certified life, career and business coach, Hannah Ray. It is for thoughtful humans (professionals or founders) who are questioning their work or what success really means to them now - also those who may have started to question themselves.

Hannah specialises in themes like life and/or career transitions, work-life balance and burnout, career change or pivots, starting your own small business, professional development (leadership, self-trust, and professional skills), and professional uncertainty, loss or change (e.g. redundancy; restructures; life or relationship changes like a break up, new country, new family etc; identity stress).
Her approach is defined by holding deeply reflective space to really listen, with practical and strategic coaching that moves and evolves with your pace and capacity.

TAKE Coaching serves an international clientele both online and in person at its Keizersgracht and Sarphatistraat practice. The core offerings is deep and personalised 1:1 coaching trajectories, as well as some small group offerings for founders (TEND Circles) and team coaching on work & wellbeing topics for corporate companies.

Her methodology blends cognitive, strategic and psychological coaching frameworks with intuitive and somatic practices.
