Hello,
I need help with deciding on my next career step. That involves choices on:
- professional sector (e.g., management consulting, high-tech, public sector, etc.),
- function within an organisation (e.g., consultant, strategic manager, project manager, product owner, researcher, program manager, etc.),
- topic (e.g., general sustainability / ESG, healthcare, energy, etc.),
- and whatever else you think is important that I have failed to identify here.
I would like for a career coach to use a proved methodological approach in helping me clarify the points mentioned above, taking into account my preferences, experiences, skills, and values. By using a thorough method of dissecting all the things mentioned here, I want to come to conclusions about myself that will help me transition into a sustainable career path. I am not looking for a quick fix for the next year or two, but instead I would like to understand myself a bit better so that I can make a sustainable decision about where I want to take my career next.
