Sorry I can not speak Dutch yet. I realize my difficulties at work align with gifted people problems." I think a coach might know how to address it. I'd like to come up with a plan for it.
I want to change jobs. There are many reasons: The income is not enough to pay my debt if I work for this employer because the company is in Utrecht and the rent is really high.
I also do not feel fulfilled at work. It is both boring and stressful for me. Travelling a lot is required so I can not have a child.
The solutions can be I prepare the core skills in this field to transfer to another job where I do not travel or work hybrid. I can also prepare project records for job in Robotics because Lely is always hiring and Lely is in a city with low house cost. I may learn Dutch in evenings so a year later I can work as a social worker or nurse, then I am happy at work at least, because I can help people directly.
I want a coach to talk with perhaps one hour a month, to share my progress and make plans.
I want to emphasize what I need from a coach.
Because I am very disorganized with many goals and expectations, I am anxious about everything all the time that I am burnt out.
I want to have clear and specific goals.
