Hi, me & my husband is looking for relationship therapist.
My husband and I have been married for a year and have known each other for two years. We are currently experiencing challenges related to trust and communication, which have led to ongoing unhappiness in our relationship.
Both of us carry unresolved trauma from past relationships, and at times we respond in self-protective ways that unintentionally hurt one another. Over the past year, my husband has been deeply affected by certain words I used during arguments. He has found it difficult to move past this hurt, and it continues to impact our interactions. As a result, we feel stuck in a cycle where attempts to move forward often bring us back to this unresolved pain, preventing us from making meaningful progress in our relationship
We have no children.
