I am looking for a good, flexible, fast response accountant for my Japanese zzp clients.
Need good command of English and communication skills.
Fast response and flexibility and customer service oriented.

I am business consultant for Japanese new arrivals who wants to set up their business in the Netherlands.
They are normally freelancer and one person business to start with.

I need
- Firstly an accountant to make an opening balance and 3 year forecast for IND submission together with a business plan.
- Secondly, I need to introduce the customer to an account that they can trust and ask for some advice as they do not know about Dutch tax system. They are not familiar with finance, bookkeeping, etc.

I need an accountant who is flexible, good command of English, communication skill, customer service oriented, quick in response, and maybe a bit of patience.
As they are start ups, they would like to minimize the cost. so reasonable monthly price is a must.
I am meeting with several accountants and make a decision as soon as possible.
If we can work together, I would like to have a commission for referral one month referral fee.

You get
Opening balance and 3 year forecast
120 Regular monthly financial service fee maybe 50-80 euro/month. Depends on the amount of work.

My commission
75 for opening balance and one time one month fee. if the monthly charge 60 / months.
120 + 60 x 12 + any extra charge?
Such as M-Form? It depends on your fee. 840 + your M-form fee + extra charge ?

This is what you get for the first year.
I have a customer coming over at least 3 this month.
