Belastingadviseur gezocht (Engelstalig) voor hulp bij particuliere belastingaangifte 2014-2015 ivm loon vanuit Duitsland

Dear Belastingadviseur,
I am resident in the Netherlands but in 2014 and 2015 i was employed and received 'Loon' from German employers.
I am submitting the declarations digitally through DigID at 'mijn.belastingdienst.nl' but i am having trouble applying the 'Rekenmodel berekening Duits loon' to my salary-slips.

I would like to have some help applying that model to my salary-slips for 2014-2015.
