Tax advisor: What is the best legal entity for me? I'm moving outside Europe and have some rental apartments in NL

Hi,
I''m moving for a 3-5yr assignment outside of Europe and want to keep some rental apartments in Netherlands.
My bank prefers to have a legal entity in Netherlands as owner and I want to understand the tax / cost implications of opening a BV or a foundation (transparent?) in relation to privately taxated in box 3.
What is the best legal entity for me and how does it compare to privately own these apartments?
