Boekhouder gezocht voor boekhouding, inkomstenbelasting en jaarrekening: Ontwerper en verkoop van Cadeaus en Produkten

Hello dear boekhouder,

I've been a ZZP-er for 3 years now so I've done taxes before with other boekhouders and I have experience with this, my current boekhouder has just increased their rate so I am looking for alternatives, preferably someone who can speak and write English well (the documents can be done in Dutch but the emails will be done in English)

BTW my tasks:
- I scan all my bills and all my income carefully throughout the year
- I log each bill in an Excel spreadsheet with clear indication of date, name, category, 21% and 6% BTW
- I log each income invoice with clear specification of date and BTW in the same Excel file on a separate tab
- I log all my km driven in my car with clear separation of private/business km use in the same Excel file on a separate tab
- I provide this Excel with multiple tabs and all the scanned bills (jpg) in a shared folder on Dropbox at least 14 days before the end of the BTW month.

BTW your tasks:
- check my Excel and remove bills that you think are not deductible
- you send me an email telling me which bills have been removed from the Excel and why
- you file the BTW with the Belastingdienst in time (without delay),
- you send me the resulting pdf via email so I can pay the BTW without penalty of delay

IB my tasks: I provide in the shared Dropbox folder all the necessary files
IB your tasks once a year without postponing/delay:
- you send me an email telling me what documents I need to upload for IB - you send this email in such a way that we can process al the papers in time and must not apply for delay
- aangifte inkomstenbelasting
- jaarrekening

Please include in your offer:
- one face-to-face meeting to get to know eachother and I explain how I do my boekhouding and make sure you can work like this, I will come to your location anywhere in NL radius 1h drive from Amsterdam
- one face-to-face meeting of 2 hours to discuss the IB concept papers before you file them,

Please the offer you make: you must keep to it, you cannot change the price halfway through the year, I had too many times a situation where I get a low initial offer, I agree to it and then by the end of the year the bill is actually double. Also please when you make an offer I expect you keep this rate for at least 2 years, if you increase your rate I will go away and look for another boekhouder. Also please only make an offer if you can keep the SAME way of working for at least 2 years: so if you expect in the coming year to "upgrade" towards an automated complicated software system suitable for big clients but totally irrelevant for me, and force me to accept this way of "better" working, please don't make me an offer.
