I would like to hire an accountant for my company in Netherland but before that, I need to know. If a company is established in the Netherlands and that company offers online service such as website development to a customer in Germany. Should the VAT be charged to the customer in Germany?, If yes then how much? and does Netherlands company need to pay the VAT to the govt?
